Cutback Bitumen Production Unit
Cutback bitumen (solvent bitumen) production lines with capacities ranging from 10 to 200 cubic meters per hour are designed and manufactured for producing various types of Rapid Curing (RC), Medium Curing (MC), and Slow Curing (SC) bitumen, as well as different blended fuels and high-octane fuels.
These systems use static mixers to homogenize between 2 to 7 different fluids. The dosage and percentage of additives can be controlled through analog and digital flowmeters.
Bitumen Bag and Drum Cooling & Filling Unit
Bag and drum bitumen cooling and filling lines—operating without the use of water for bitumen cooling—can be designed and manufactured with capacities of 5 to 20 cubic meters per hour.
Additionally, the cooling and filling sections can be ordered separately.
These units can be used in bitumen refineries, storage terminals, and bitumen production plants.
Emulsion Bitumen Production Unit
Emulsion bitumen (bitumen emulsion) production lines with capacities from 1 to 55 cubic meters per hour are designed and manufactured for producing various types of cationic, anionic, non-ionic, and polymer-modified bitumen emulsions.
These lines utilize multistage colloid mills operating at speeds from 3,000 to 7,500 rpm and can be supplied in stationary or mobile configurations.
The systems can operate in manual, semi-automatic, or fully automatic modes and can be integrated with monitoring systems. All processes are controlled by Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
Polymer-Modified Bitumen Production Unit
Polymer-modified bitumen production lines with capacities of 6 to 60 cubic meters per hour are designed and manufactured in continuous or batch modes, depending on the process requirements.
These units are equipped with additive injectors and utilize single-pass and double-pass homogenizers capable of homogenizing various specialty polymers such as EVA, SBR, SBS, rubber powder, and sulfur in different types of bitumen.
